If you run SEO for clients from Pakistan, the tool you open most is the one that produces the Monday report. Rankings moved, here is the chart, here is what we did, please pay the invoice. SE Ranking is built around that report, which is why it keeps coming up among Lahore and Karachi freelancers who have outgrown a spreadsheet of manual Google checks.
This review is written for that reader: someone billing two to ten clients, some local, some in the UK or the Gulf, who wants rank tracking on google.com.pk that a client will believe, and who has to think about every dollar or euro charged to a Pakistani card.
Quick verdict
- SE Ranking is a good fit for a Pakistani freelancer or a two-person agency whose main job is proving rankings to clients. Rank tracking by country and city, a scheduled site audit and a report builder live in one login, and those three are what you bill for.
- Retail is priced for European and American agencies. On seranking.com/pricing, checked 21 Sep 2026, the cheapest plan is €87.20 a month on annual billing, and the page showed euros to us, so a year of it is a serious line item in PKR before you have a single client paying for it.
- Through us, SE Ranking is a single tool at ₨1,400/month, and the only plan that includes it is Ultimate at ₨13,600/month. If SE Ranking is the only thing on your list, buy the single. The plan only makes sense if you will use a good handful of its other 91 tools.
What SE Ranking is
SE Ranking is an all-in-one SEO platform in the same family as Semrush and Serpstat, with its centre of gravity in a different place. Semrush is built around its keyword and competitor database. SE Ranking is built around the project: you add a client site, choose the search engine and location, load the keywords, and from then on the platform tracks positions on a schedule, crawls the site for technical problems, and packages both into a report you can send.
That project-first design is the reason agencies like it. A Pakistani freelancer with six clients has six projects, each with its own keyword list, its own location (google.com.pk for the Faisalabad textile exporter, google.co.uk for the dental clinic in Manchester) and its own report template. Most days that means checking six dashboards, with research as an occasional job.
Around the project sit the research tools you would expect: a keyword tool with volume and difficulty by country, competitor research, a backlink checker, and an on-page checker for individual URLs. They are competent and no more, and the backlink index in particular is smaller than the big two. People buy SE Ranking because the tracking, the audit and the report are in one place and the report looks good to a client.
In 2026 the vendor has added AI-search tracking (positions in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews) as a separate add-on. For most Pakistani client work today this is a curiosity. The clients asking for it are the ones with UK or US budgets, and even then it is a secondary line in the report.
What SE Ranking charges
The plan structure changed in 2025 and the numbers below are what the vendor’s own pricing page showed when we loaded it. All figures are from seranking.com/pricing, checked 21 Sep 2026, and all were displayed in euros. The page picks a currency by where you connect from, so from Pakistan you may see US dollars instead; the plan limits are the same either way.
| Plan | Per month, annual billing | Per month, monthly billing | Projects | Keywords tracked daily | Manager seats | Site audit pages per month |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Core | €87.20 | €109.00 | 10 | 2,000 (plus 100 AI prompts) | 1 | 250,000 |
| Growth | €188.00 | €235.00 | 30 | 5,000 (plus 250 AI prompts) | 3 | 2,000,000 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom |
Three details from the same page and date matter more than the headline number for a freelancer who reports to clients:
- White-label reporting is not in Core. It comes with the Agency Pack add-on at +€59.00 a month, annual billing only, on top of a plan. So the honest price of “SE Ranking with my own logo on the PDF” is a Core or Growth plan plus €59.00 a month, paid a year in advance.
- Local rank tracking includes 3 locations per plan, with extra locations from €16.80 a month each. Three cities covers Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad and nothing else. A client in Peshawar or Multan is a fourth location.
- There is a 14-day trial with no card required. For a freelancer that is enough to build one client project, run one audit and see whether the report format is something your clients would accept.
The annual versus monthly gap is 20%, and annual is paid upfront. For a Pakistani freelancer paying with a card that is priced in a foreign currency, an upfront annual charge is exactly the kind of transaction that gets declined or needs a phone call to the bank first. The vendor’s FAQ on the same page says a quarterly schedule can be arranged through sales on an annual commitment.
Features that matter for client work
Five features decide whether a Pakistani freelancer keeps using the tool after month two.
Rank tracking on google.com.pk, by city
When you create a project you pick a search engine and a location. Google Pakistan is there, and beneath it you can set a city, so “best dentist in Lahore” is tracked as a searcher in Lahore would see it, with the local pack in play, instead of as a generic Pakistan-wide result. Desktop and mobile are tracked separately, which matters here because most Pakistani search traffic is on phones and the mobile SERP is where the map pack and the ads push organic results down.
The tracker updates daily on the plans above. Each keyword also stores the full top-100 SERP for the day, so when a client asks “who took our spot?”, you can open that day’s snapshot and show them. That single feature has ended more awkward client calls than anything else in the tool.
You can also track keywords in Roman Urdu and in Urdu script. Volume estimates for those are thin, as they are in every tool, because Google itself reports little for them. Tracking still works, since tracking is just a lookup of the live SERP. For a local business, “mobile repair rawalpindi” and “موبائل ریپیئر راولپنڈی” are two different keywords with two different result pages, and you can hold both in one project.
Reports a client will read
The report builder is the reason to choose SE Ranking over a cheaper tracker. You assemble sections (ranking summary, movement since last report, audit health score, top pages, backlinks gained) into a template and schedule it. Weekly or monthly, it emails itself as a PDF or a shareable link.
On a plan with the Agency Pack you can put your own logo and domain on it. Without the Agency Pack, the report carries SE Ranking’s branding. Read the section on shared access below before you assume you will get your own logo through us, because on a shared account you will not.
What clients respond to, in our experience of Pakistani small-business owners, is the “visibility” percentage and the up-and-down arrows next to keywords. Very few read the audit section. Keep the report to two pages and lead with the movement chart.
Website audit
The audit crawls the client site and files problems by severity: broken links, missing titles, duplicate content, slow pages, redirect chains, missing alt text. It re-crawls on a schedule and shows what changed, so a fix you shipped last week shows up as a resolved issue in the next report.
It is a good audit for a small site and a mediocre one for a big site, which is fine for the freelancer audience: the Lahore property portal with 40,000 pages is not your typical client. Most Pakistani business sites are between 20 and 500 pages and were built on WordPress by a cousin, and the audit finds the same twenty problems on each of them. That list is your first month’s work.
If you want to run audits without paying for a suite at all, we wrote up a do-it-yourself audit workflow for Pakistani freelancers that uses a crawler and a few checks in Search Console. SE Ranking’s audit is the more convenient of the two and about equally thorough.
Keyword research for Pakistani queries
The keyword tool has a Pakistan database and gives volume, difficulty, cost per click and SERP features for it. For English queries with Pakistani intent (“lawn suits online”, “car rental karachi”) the numbers are usable. For Roman Urdu they are patchy, and for Urdu-script queries they are close to empty, because the underlying data comes from Google’s advertiser-facing estimates and Google reports almost nothing there.
The Pakistan volumes are useful for ordering keywords by interest. They overstate clicks, because a large share of Pakistani search sessions never click an organic result at all, so a keyword showing 1,000 searches a month in Pakistan will usually deliver a fraction of that even at position one.
For clients targeting the UK, the Gulf or the US, the databases are deeper and the numbers are closer to what Semrush and Ahrefs show. Freelancers who take Upwork or Fiverr work for those markets get more out of the research side than freelancers with a purely local book.
Backlink monitoring
The backlink checker shows a site’s links, tracks new and lost ones over time, and lets you add a competitor for comparison. The index is smaller than Ahrefs’ or Semrush’s. For a Pakistani client whose backlink profile is 40 links, half of them from directory sites, the smaller index does not cost you anything. For competitor research at scale it does. If links are the core of what you sell, this is the wrong tool to buy for that.
Who it is for in Pakistan, and who should skip it
It fits
- A freelancer with three or more retainer clients who currently builds reports by hand in Google Sheets or Canva. The time saved on reporting alone pays for the tool.
- A small agency in Karachi, Lahore or Islamabad serving local businesses that need city-level tracking and a monthly PDF, with two or three people who need to see the same projects.
- Anyone selling SEO to UK, US or Gulf clients from Pakistan and being asked for a “proper” report. SE Ranking’s report looks like what those clients have seen from local agencies.
It does not fit
- A blogger or affiliate marketer tracking their own site. You do not need a report builder. Mangools’ SERPWatcher or the Position Tracking inside Semrush does the tracking part for less effort.
- A link-building service. The backlink index is too small to be the point of this tool.
- Someone who needs their own branding on reports through shared access. On a shared account the white-label branding belongs to the account, and the next section explains why.
- Anyone tracking thousands of keywords across many clients on a shared login. Keyword slots are pooled, and you will collide with other users. That case needs a paid seat.
What you get through BundledSEO
SE Ranking is available two ways on our site, and which one you pick is most of the decision.
The single tool versus the Ultimate plan
As a single tool, SE Ranking is ₨1,400/month through us. That is the cheapest way to get it. Compare it with the vendor’s Core plan at €87.20 a month on annual billing (seranking.com/pricing, checked 21 Sep 2026), which at any exchange rate you will see this year is many times more in PKR.
The only plan that includes it is the Ultimate plan at ₨13,600/month for 91 tools. It is not in the Essential, Boost or Advanced plans. This trips people up, because Semrush, Serpstat and Mangools are all in the Advanced plan at ₨8,300/month and it is natural to assume SE Ranking sits beside them. It does not.
So the arithmetic for a Pakistani freelancer is:
- If you want SE Ranking and nothing else, buy the single at ₨1,400/month. Do not buy a plan for one tool.
- If you want SE Ranking plus Semrush, Serpstat and Mangools, the four singles together are still well under the Ultimate plan. Buy four singles. Or buy the Advanced plan for the other three and add SE Ranking as a single on top; that combination is also cheaper than Ultimate.
- If you would use SE Ranking plus Ahrefs plus Screaming Frog plus ChatGPT plus Canva plus a few design and AI tools, then the Ultimate plan starts to earn its price, because Screaming Frog and vidIQ are also Ultimate-only and the design tools add up.
For most readers of this review the single tool is the right purchase, and we would rather say so than have you overpay and cancel.
How shared access works
What you are buying is access to a paid SE Ranking account that we operate and that other customers also use, reached through your dashboard in a normal browser. It is the real product with live data. A few things follow from “shared”, and you should know them before you put a client’s project in it:
- It is a browser login through our dashboard. There is no API key, so you cannot pull rankings into your own Looker Studio dashboard or a custom script. Everything happens in the SE Ranking interface.
- Projects are visible to other users of the account. Name yours clearly, and do not treat the project as private. If a client has asked for confidentiality about being your client, a shared account is the wrong place for their domain.
- Keyword slots, audit pages and locations are pooled. The plan’s limits from the vendor table apply to the whole account, and everyone on it draws from the same pool. A busy week for other users leaves you less room. In practice a freelancer tracking a few hundred keywords across a handful of clients fits; a thousand-keyword project might not, depending on the day.
- White-label settings belong to the account. The branding on a report is whoever configured the workspace, and you cannot swap in your logo without changing it for everyone. For a client PDF with your own branding you need your own seat plus the Agency Pack, at the vendor’s prices above. Through us, the workaround most freelancers use is to export the data and lay out the report themselves, or send SE Ranking’s unbranded report as an attachment to a branded email.
- Accounts can be reset. Vendors change passwords, sessions expire, and occasionally an account is re-provisioned. When that happens your projects may need to be set up again. Export your ranking history monthly; do not let a shared account be the only copy of twelve months of client data.
- Fair use applies. Heavy, continuous use by one person slows the account for everyone, and we act on it. Normal freelancer usage is nowhere near the line.
The full explanation of what shared access does and does not mean, and the questions to ask before trusting any provider with client work, is in our guide on whether group-buy access is safe.
What the limits mean for a client-reporting workflow
Set expectations with yourself before you set them with a client. A workable pattern for a shared account:
- One project per client, named
client-domain-pkso it is obvious whose it is. - Fifty to 150 tracked keywords per client. Track the money terms and the top pages, and leave the long-tail variations out.
- Audit on a monthly schedule. A Pakistani small-business site does not change enough week to week to justify a weekly crawl.
- Export the ranking CSV on the last working day of the month, before you build the report.
- Build the report in the tool, download the PDF, and send it from your own email with your own subject line and summary.
Alternatives in our catalogue
Three tools we carry overlap with SE Ranking.
Semrush at ₨1,400/month is the choice if research matters as much as reporting. Its keyword and competitor data is deeper than SE Ranking’s, especially for UK, US and Gulf markets, and its Position Tracking does the rank-tracking job including local-pack tracking. Its reporting is weaker and less client friendly. It is in every plan we sell, which makes it a safer default if you are not sure. We compare the two in more detail in what a Pakistani content stack really costs.
Serpstat at ₨1,400/month is the closest like-for-like alternative: keyword research, rank tracking, backlinks and competitor analysis in one platform, with a project model similar to SE Ranking’s. Its Pakistan data is thinner and its report builder is simpler. Choose it if you want an all-in-one and you are buying the Advanced plan anyway, since Serpstat is in Advanced and SE Ranking is not.
Mangools at ₨1,400/month is the lightweight option. SERPWatcher tracks rankings with a clean daily chart, KWFinder is the friendliest keyword tool for a beginner, and the whole suite is easy to learn in an afternoon. It has no real report builder and no site audit. It suits a freelancer with one or two clients who does not yet need a PDF every month.
If you are choosing a whole stack rather than one tool, our guide to group-buy SEO tools for Pakistan goes through the catalogue plan by plan.
How to buy from Pakistan
- Choose the single or the plan. Open the SE Ranking tool page for the single at ₨1,400/month, or the pricing section for the Ultimate plan at ₨13,600/month. Prices on the page switch to PKR when you pick Pakistan.
- Pay by card in PKR, or in USDT. Card checkout is live for Pakistan and charges in rupees, so you are not asking your bank to approve a foreign-currency SaaS charge, which is the usual point of failure with the vendor’s own checkout. Easypaisa and JazzCash are coming soon and are not live today. If you hold USDT, crypto checkout works from anywhere.
- Log in and add your first project. Access appears in your dashboard after payment. Open SE Ranking from there, create a project for one client, set the location to Google Pakistan and the city, paste in the keyword list, and let the first day’s tracking run. Build the report template on day two, when there is data to show.
A practical tip for the first client: start tracking before you start work. Two weeks of “before” data is what makes the “after” chart convincing.
Frequently asked questions
Is SE Ranking in the Advanced plan?
No. SE Ranking is only in the Ultimate plan at ₨13,600/month, or available as a single tool at ₨1,400/month. Semrush, Serpstat and Mangools are in the Advanced plan at ₨8,300/month, but SE Ranking is not, so if you want it alongside those three, either buy four singles or buy Advanced plus the SE Ranking single. Both come to less than Ultimate.
Can I track rankings on google.com.pk for a specific city?
Yes. Each project has a search engine and a location, and you can set the location to a Pakistani city such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi or Faisalabad. Desktop and mobile results are tracked separately, and the daily SERP snapshot is stored so you can show a client exactly who ranked above them on a given day.
Will client reports carry my own logo?
Not through shared access. White-label branding is set at the account level, and on a shared account it belongs to whoever configured it. On the vendor’s own pricing page (checked 21 Sep 2026) white-label needs the Agency Pack add-on at +€59.00 a month on annual billing, on top of a plan. Through us, export the data or send the unbranded PDF with your own covering email.
Is the shared account a trial or the real product?
It is the real paid product. You see the same interface, the same daily tracking and the same audit crawler as any subscriber. What differs is that the plan’s limits, such as tracked keywords and audit pages, are shared with other users, and there is no API access.
How do I pay from Pakistan?
Cards work now and are charged in PKR. Easypaisa and JazzCash are coming soon and are not live at the time of writing. USDT works from anywhere. The vendor’s own checkout bills in a foreign currency, which is where Pakistani cards most often get declined; paying us in rupees avoids that step.
What happens to my projects if the account is reset?
Shared accounts are occasionally re-provisioned, and when that happens projects may need to be recreated. Export your rankings and audit results monthly as CSV, and keep your keyword lists in a spreadsheet so a project can be rebuilt in ten minutes. Do not treat the shared account as the only copy of a client’s ranking history.
Does the keyword tool have useful Pakistan data?
For English-language queries with Pakistani intent, yes, with the usual caveat that the volumes are estimates. For Roman Urdu the data is patchy and for Urdu script it is close to empty, which is true of every SEO tool because Google publishes very little for those. Rank tracking works for all of them regardless, since tracking reads the live results page rather than a volume database.
Should I buy the single tool or the Ultimate plan?
Buy the single at ₨1,400/month unless you will regularly use several of the other 91 tools in Ultimate, such as Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, ChatGPT, Canva or the AI video tools. If SE Ranking is the only reason you are looking at the plan, the plan is the wrong purchase.
