The policy in one paragraph
Subscriptions and single-tool purchases are non-refundable once access is
delivered. Shared subscription capacity is provisioned the moment you join, and
digital access is consumed by being available — a used or partly used month cannot be
returned. Your protection is structural instead: billing is monthly and cancellation
is unconditional, so the most you ever have at stake is one month, and we
deliberately do not sell yearly prepayment. Before buying, check the public
plan pricing, each tool page, and the
fair-use rules in the terms — everything is published
precisely so you can decide before paying, not regret after.
The one exception: we never delivered
If you paid and your access never activated, contact support. If we cannot get
your access working, that payment is refunded — report it within 14 days of the payment.
A service that never started is the one thing we will always give the money back for.
What we do instead of refunds
- Fix it fast. Most "it doesn't work" cases are resolved in minutes via chat — that speed is part of the product.
- Credits for sustained downtime. If a tool in your plan is unavailable for a sustained period (not a brief maintenance blip), support credits your account against future billing, using the status record as the shared reference.
- Cancel any month. Stop whenever you like from the dashboard; you keep access for the period you paid for and are never charged again.
Not eligible for refunds — stated up front
- Change of mind, unmet expectations, buying by mistake, or not needing the tools anymore — cancel instead; that is what monthly billing is for.
- Dissatisfaction with an upstream tool's own features, data or limits — we sell access, not the vendors' roadmaps.
- Accounts suspended for sharing logins or breaking the fair-use rules in the terms — no refund, and payment disputes raised over such suspensions will be contested with the account's device and usage records.
- Payments made to anyone other than our checkout. A "reseller" on WhatsApp or Facebook was not us — see the safety guide.
How the exception is paid out
- Card / UPI — refunded to the original payment method; bank posting typically takes 5–10 business days.
- Crypto (USDT) — network transfers are irreversible, so never-delivered cases on crypto are refunded as a USDT transfer to a wallet you specify, or as account credit if you prefer.
Version 2, published 23 August 2026 (v2 replaced the launch-day draft with the final
no-refund policy). The policy that applies to a payment is the one published when you
made it. Questions: chat in the dashboard.
