Terms of service

Short, in plain language, and consistent with what the rest of this site says. Using BundledSEO means agreeing to these.

1. What the service is

BundledSEO provides shared cloud access to third-party software tools: we operate subscriptions to those tools and let you use them through our dashboard at my.bundledseo.com for a fraction of their retail price. Credentials never reach you; tools open in cloud sessions. What each plan includes and costs is public on the pricing page and each tool page — the price shown at checkout is the price charged.

2. Not affiliated with the tool vendors

Tool names (Ahrefs, Semrush, ChatGPT, Canva and all others) are trademarks of their respective owners. BundledSEO is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official reseller of any of them. Shared access generally sits against tool vendors' own terms of service; we say so openly across this site (see Is group buy safe?) and manage the resulting service risk with monitoring, a status page and the credits in our refund policy. By using the service you accept that this risk profile is inherent to the product.

3. One account, one person

Your account is yours alone. Sharing logins triggers the device-security system and can lock the account without refund. Teams should use team seats on the plans that offer them, not one shared login.

4. Fair use

Shared capacity only works with per-user limits. Each tool carries fair-use daily limits sized for normal professional work; heavy-usage add-ons exist where offered. Circumventing limits, scraping at abusive volume, reselling access, automating bulk extraction for redistribution, or using tools for unlawful purposes are all grounds for suspension without refund.

5. Your data and content

Work you produce with the tools is yours. Shared infrastructure is not an archive: export your work; we are not liable for content left inside shared tool workspaces. Do not put confidential or regulated data into shared tools — the same advice our own guides give.

6. Billing

Billing is monthly. Card payments may auto-renew until you cancel; wallet and crypto payments are single-month purchases. Cancel any time from the dashboard — cancellation stops future charges and never gates on speaking to anyone. Refunds and credits are governed by the refund policy.

7. Service changes and availability

The catalogue changes as upstream vendors and our capacity change; tools can be added, replaced or removed. Sustained unavailability of plan tools is compensated per the refund policy. The service is provided "as is" beyond the specific promises made in these terms and the refund policy; to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid in the month the claim arose.

8. Termination

You can leave any month. We can suspend or terminate accounts that break sections 3–4 or use the service unlawfully. If we ever discontinue the service entirely, unused paid time is refunded.

9. Changes to these terms

Changes are published here with a new version and date. Continued use after a change is acceptance; material changes to billing terms take effect at your next renewal, not mid-cycle.
