SeoToolBD alternatives: what ৳599 buys there, and what changes here

What SeoToolBD is, going by its own pages

SeoToolBD sells shared and private access to paid software, priced in taka. Its homepage, read on 15 October 2026, advertises more than 40 single tools, more than eight mixed packages, and a separate shelf of "private" deals where the subscription sits on your own email. Access is through its own cloud service and a Chrome extension. The same homepage says it has operated since 2018, which would make it one of the older names a Bangladeshi buyer will meet.

The footer is more specific than most in this market. It names the operating business, Bizikon IT Solution, gives a street address in Mirpur 11, Dhaka, prints a trade licence number, and lists an email and a phone line. Support runs through live chat on the site, Facebook Messenger, email and phone. The store is a WooCommerce shop with ordinary product pages and a cart, so prices are visible without signing up or opening a chat first.

The site spells several vendor names oddly ("Seemrush", "Aahraf", "Gra******rly", "E/Nv/A/To E/Le/Me/Nts"). Those are Semrush, Ahrefs, Grammarly and Envato Elements. We use the normal names below. Everything here comes from reading its public pages; we did not open an account or pay, and our testing notes explain why crawled facts and first-hand use are kept apart.

SeoToolBD packages and prices, checked October 2026

The homepage showed four monthly packages, each with a list of tools on its card. Prices and contents below are exactly what seotoolbd.com displayed when we checked in October 2026.

The cheap packages are mixed baskets: Essential Combo puts Semrush and Ubersuggest next to Udemy, Netflix and Prime Video, so a good part of what you pay for is learning and entertainment. And the bigger packages lean towards YouTube and AI video, with vidIQ, Epidemic Sound, ElevenLabs and CapCut. None of the four cards listed Ahrefs, Moz Pro, Majestic or SpyFu. Ahrefs is sold there as a single tool, and the other three did not appear in the homepage product grid we read. Its Essential Combo shares a name with our Essential plan, and the contents are different, so compare the lists, not the labels.

Single tools, taka for taka

Most people who search for the brand are shopping for one tool. Here are the overlapping ones. Our column comes from the live catalogue; theirs is the current price seotoolbd.com showed when we checked it in October 2026.

For a single shared tool, SeoToolBD asks for less money than we do, usually a good deal less. We are not going to argue a Canva Pro buyer out of a cheaper seat. One detail worth checking on their side: the Semrush product page's browser-tab title still said ৳399 while the price on the page read ৳499 (both seen on seotoolbd.com, checked October 2026). Trust the price on the page, and screenshot it before you pay.

Our pricing looks better once you need several tools at once. Our Essential Plan is ৳1,230 for 5 tools including Semrush, Grammarly and QuillBot, and Boost Plan adds Moz Pro, Majestic and SpyFu for ৳1,850 with 11 tools in all. Canva is not in either of those; it starts in our Advanced Plan.

How you pay, and how quickly access starts

SeoToolBD has the clear lead here for most Bangladeshi buyers. Its terms, checked October 2026, accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer and cash for local customers. Those payments are activated by hand: you open the live chat, send a screenshot of the payment and your username, and the team switches access on. Its homepage FAQ, checked the same day, puts that at five minutes to an hour. PayPal and Stripe payments, aimed at buyers outside Bangladesh, activate automatically from the account page.

The terms add one more step. To activate a subscription, you are asked to message SeoToolBD's Facebook page from your real personal Facebook account; the refund page says an order can be cancelled without a refund if you will not share your profile. The stated reason is to stop resellers using fake accounts. It is a fair anti-abuse measure from the seller's side. From the buyer's side, it means your Facebook identity becomes part of the purchase, which some freelancers will mind and others will not.

Our gap is the opposite one. bKash and Nagad are not live at our checkout yet; they show as SOON for Bangladesh. Today you pay by international card, charged in dollars, or by USDT. For a Dhaka or Chattogram freelancer who already holds a dual-currency card or earns in dollars on Fiverr or Upwork, that works and access starts as soon as the payment clears, with no screenshot and no Facebook check. For someone whose only money is in a bKash wallet, it does not work yet, and SeoToolBD is the easier shop. Please never send a bKash payment to anyone claiming to sell BundledSEO access; when wallets go live, they will be at our checkout and nowhere else.

Access, devices and the rules you sign up to

Both of us sell shared access and both forbid passing a login around, but the way you reach a tool differs.

SeoToolBD: extension, two devices, one person

Its FAQ says tools open through a Chrome extension with one click, and its Semrush page describes three extension servers and one cloud server behind that tool (both read October 2026). The terms allow one person on up to two devices (home and office) with one active login at a time, and the FAQ, checked October 2026, says using more than two IP addresses gets the account blocked, temporarily at first and permanently if it repeats. The terms also say plainly that the service is not meant for agencies or large teams. Bulk features such as API access are blocked on some tools.

On phones the pages disagree. The terms, dated 6 March 2022, say the tools work only from a desktop or laptop. The newer Ahrefs product page lists phones and tablets as supported. Ask live chat which rule applies to your tool before paying, especially if you work from a phone between client calls.

BundledSEO: a cloud session in the dashboard

You log in at my.bundledseo.com and launch a tool there. It opens in a cloud session, so most tools need nothing installed in your own Chrome profile. Any extension able to sign you into other websites needs broad permissions over pages you visit, and a work laptop holding client logins and your bank is the wrong place to grant those casually, whoever the provider is. Our terms also limit an account to one person, and tools carry fair-use daily limits. Tool health is shown on a public status page; we did not see one linked from the SeoToolBD pages we read.

Refunds: where SeoToolBD is more generous

SeoToolBD's refund page, checked October 2026, offers a 3-day money-back guarantee with conditions. Under that October 2026 wording you get a full refund if it cannot deliver access within 24 hours of payment, and a partial one if a single tool stays down for more than 48 hours without a fix. Package buyers cannot claim a refund because one or two tools in the bundle stopped working, and the same page rules out a full refund after three days. Its terms, read the same day, add that if a vendor bans the underlying account, newer users are refunded, while anyone past three days is offered a swap for another active tool.

Our refund policy is stricter on paper. Delivered access is not refunded. A payment whose access never activated is refunded if you report it within 14 days of paying. Sustained downtime on a tool in your plan earns a credit against future billing, with the status record as the reference both sides can see. For a single-tool buyer who wants a cash promise, SeoToolBD's wording is friendlier, and that should count in its favour. For a package buyer, the two policies end up closer than they first look, since neither refunds cash for one broken tool inside a bundle.

Ahrefs and Semrush for client work

Bangladeshi freelancers selling SEO audits and backlink reports on Fiverr and Upwork mostly need two tools to work every day: Ahrefs for links, Semrush for keywords and audits. Here the comparison is more even.

SeoToolBD's Ahrefs page (checked October 2026) sells a shared seat at ৳1,499 a month with 40 credits a day and 3,000 export credits a day, or ৳1,999 with 60 credits, and includes Semrush at no extra cost. It also says project and site-audit capacity is "not guaranteed" because Ahrefs gives little audit allowance on the shared account. That is an honest warning and worth taking seriously: if your gig is a site audit, plan to run the crawl in Semrush or Screaming Frog instead.

For the Ahrefs and Semrush pair alone, SeoToolBD is cheaper: our Ahrefs is ৳3,080 on its own. The picture changes when the job needs more than two tools. Our Advanced Plan is ৳3,700 for 25 tools, putting Ahrefs and Semrush next to Moz Pro, Majestic, SpyFu, Serpstat, Similarweb, Mangools, Canva and Envato Elements in one login. An agency in Dhaka building monthly reports for several clients will use most of that list. A solo seller who only pulls a backlink export once a week will not, and should not pay for it. Our Ahrefs in Bangladesh guide covers how our daily request allowance works in practice.

What SeoToolBD does well

Several things on its site count in its favour against us.

• It takes the wallets Bangladesh actually uses, bKash, Nagad and Rocket, today.
• Prices sit on ordinary product pages, visible before you sign up or message anyone.
• The footer names a registered business, a Dhaka address and a trade licence, which few local sellers publish.
• Single tools are cheap, and creator bundles for YouTube channels are broad for the money.
• The Ahrefs listing states its daily credit limit and warns that site audits are not guaranteed, so you know the ceiling before buying.
• A 3-day money-back window, with a full refund when access never arrives.

Who should pick which

Pick SeoToolBD if you will pay by bKash or Nagad, you want one or two tools at the lowest price in taka, or you run a YouTube channel and the YT Starter Combo at ৳1,099 (14 tools on the card, checked October 2026) covers your stack. Students learning Semrush and Canva will find its Essential Combo hard to beat on price alone.

Look at us instead if you can pay by card or USDT and any of these apply: you need Ahrefs together with Moz, Majestic and SpyFu for client reporting; you would rather keep provider extensions off a laptop that holds client logins; you do not want your Facebook profile tied to a tools subscription; or you sell product research to Amazon and Shopify clients, where our Super Ecom at ৳4,310 carries 31 tools including Helium 10. An agency that wants every tool in one place can take Ultimate Plan at ৳6,040 for all 91.

Using both is sensible for some readers. A creator could keep SeoToolBD's YouTube bundle and buy one month of our Advanced Plan when a client audit lands. Monthly billing on both sides keeps that kind of split cheap to try and easy to drop.

Checks before you pay any provider, us included

1. Screenshot the product page and price on the day you pay. Prices here move often, which is why every SeoToolBD figure above carries its check date.
2. Pay through the seller's own checkout or the channel its website names, never to a number someone sends you in a Facebook group.
3. Pay monthly. Neither SeoToolBD's packages nor our plans need a yearly prepayment for shared access.
4. Open the refund page itself. "Money-back guarantee" and "downtime credit" read alike on a badge and are very different promises in the policy text.
5. Keep client deliverables out of any shared account. Do the research there and store the reports elsewhere.
